Who these terms bind

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by DevBuddy S.A.S., Medellín, Colombia. By using the site you accept them.

Actual engagements — placing developers in your team, building software — are governed by the written agreement we sign together, not by this page. If this page and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

What this website is

A marketing and information site. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice. Team availability, stacks and timelines described here are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Permitted use

Use the site for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to breach its security, scrape it at abusive volume, submit the contact form with false identities or spam, or misrepresent an affiliation with DevBuddy.

Intellectual property

The design, text, imagery, the DevBuddy name and logo, and Codey the mascot belong to DevBuddy or its licensors. Brief quotation with attribution is fine; reproducing substantial parts of the site or its brand assets requires written permission. Work product built for clients belongs to whoever the signed engagement says it belongs to — typically the client.
